Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. if you experience mental health problems your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including life experiences such as trauma or abuse and family history of mental health problems.
Life experiences such as trauma or abuse is one of the factors of mental problem, According to studies trauma gets by punching, beating, kicking, biting, burning or otherwise harming a child in the Philippines parents make discipline their children by doing it but it is prohibited by government agencies such as the DSWD because a child may have a trauma that will cause a mental health problem, so parents should know the proper care of the child, to prevent mental illness. Family history of mental health problems it also one of the factors of mental health problem, Many families who have a loved one with mental illness share similar experiences, If your family has a history of mental illness, you need to terminate it by consulting psychiatrist early on. To avoid mental health problems you need to have mental health and wellness such us realize your full potential, Cope with the stresses of life, Work productively and Make meaningful contributions to their communities.
We always keep in mind that our mental health is important and it will be difficult for us to get back to normal if it is damaged. If you are a parent, you should know the correct preaching to your child, it will not be a solution to harm them so they can be good child and If you are a child, you need to know if your family has a history of mental illness for your future.
